- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Certain items (e.g., final sale, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact us at support@woveno.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@woveno.shop.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
